Drink lots of water
One of the most experimented ways of losing weight fast is to drink lots and lots of water. Water not only hydrates your body, but it also acts as filler that keeps the unnecessary hunger pangs away.
It also helps to cleanse your body by flushing out the waste from the kidneys, which in turn helps metabolise stored fat and in doing so, helps reduce weight.
Eat proper meals at regular times
People who skip breakfast – the most important meal of the day – tend to rely on breakfast from outside their homes, like shops and cafes. The quick, easy to eat meals, are not only loaded with calories but are also high in carbohydrates and sugar that forms the main reason for excessive weight.
Eating a proper breakfast and at home, will help maintain a proper body weight and will also help shed some excess, stored baggage in the body.
Take fibre-rich food
One surest way of losing weight fast is to eat lots of fibre-rich food. Food items like bran, nuts, brown rice, strawberries, apples, chickpeas and beans are high in fibre, which only helps in digestion but will also keep you filled up for much of the morning, for at least, till the lunch time.
Watch out for that fat content
When trying to lose weight, it is a good advice to stay away from fat-laden eatables. But then again, there are certain foods that contain fat that are equally essential for a healthy body.
For example, fish like Sardines, Herrings and Salmon are loaded with fatty acids that helps your body burn stored fat and helps regulate blood and hence, protect against possible diseases.

There is no quick action result. Everything takes time.
You must clean up ur body, clean up ur diet, give ur body alkaline foods, plenty of alkaline water, get some exercise. You MUST make the changes if u want a change!! You body needs nutrition, water & exercise…these are NEEDs, not options.

i m 30,n have 3 kids,the younger one is just 4months n i also feed him,can’t control when i feel hungry,but i skip lunch n only eat fruits n drink milk, my height is 5.3 n weight is 70 kg. my brother’s wedding will be held after two months n i just wanna loose some weight , i know that i can;t loose much but somehow just want to loose 1 to 2 kg to look gud.
hi! the things you have mentioned are not enough .. and ofcourse these are not that loose wight fastly… ! and this has also evolved from the research not to loose weoght quickly. It is not good for health.. it takes 1-3 months to loose kilos. and i suggest keeping FASTS (roza) is a very very good tip along with it spiritualizes your full body. It also keeps you away from hunger coz u know in doing so u’ll angry your God….and ofcourse you cant do so. ! keeping fast atleast 3 consecutively.. then leave a day or two and then again start up with 3 fasts consecutively.. But dont eat much in aftar and sehri.. just eat 1,1 roti (wheat )along with some healthy drinks/fruit/milk/vegetables and boiled chicken !
